Please note that all of our items are pre order with a 2-3 week delivery time. 
If you place an order and the item, for whatever reason, is not available with the vendor, we will offer a store credit or refund at that time.

At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on special order items. Please be sure to measure by the size charts for each item. The measurements are accurate to that specific item.
